This is one of the most boring and money wasting trip ever and I will never return again until the day I have my own kids, then I’ll bring them there for their once in a lifetime visit. The place is utter boredom even with my favorite Hello Kitty lanterns display. There is nothing else to see or be entertained and you have to pay more money (the entrance fee is already $15 without any door gifts) if you want to see the turtles or something. There is nowhere to enjoy a nice cup of tea or anything except a makeshift sheltered corner with a handful of stores selling local food like noodles and chicken rice. Singapore really needs to do something about the Chinese Gardens and inject more life and activities into it!!!

Fake lotus amongst the kois
The framing of the photos are not fantastic but bear with me as I’m still trying to figure out how the Natura works. Fantastic details for the lotus shot as it was night and you can barely see the details of the kois with your naked eye but the camera captures them all!
I walked past Marvelous Cream last week while going for my exams and these desserts were such eye-candies and so drool-worthy! tea02 Being on a tight budget, I nipped their promo-flyers to admire instead.

By the way, such “novelty” dessert shops are not common in Singapore.
