What is BLOG2u.SG?
BLOG2u.SG is a match-making service for advertisers and bloggers; to deliver online word of mouth of products and services from freelancers, agents and even bloggers in the most cost effective method through blogs.
Advertisements
Bloggers display a simple banner, a short description of the product or service and a weblink or email to the advertisers for 30 days.
How are we different?
- Bloggers are instantly paid without the need to wait for a long period of time for ‘clicking’ advertisements to work.
- Advertisers can better manage their expenses more cost effectively, targeting a larger group of bloggers.
- This service is most suitable for freelance designers, programmers, agents and individual bloggers selling products on their blogs.
- Bloggers and advertisements are matched by our guys doing actual on-site verifications.
Lets get started!
Blogger & Advertiser
Advertlets
If you happen to notice (who wouldn’t) the Advertlets ads I have on my website, well, that’s half the battle won because they work! Firstly, Advertlets ads are nicely designed and they capture your attention. Next, they have campaigns like Victoria’s Secrets, Local Design, and Snapfish that both you and I would be interested in. They come in different shapes and sizes so you can choose one that best fits your blog template.
Example of an Advertlets ad
But what’s most important, is that apart from earning by ad clicks from your readers, they pay you by cost per impression (CPM) too! Don’t you find it ridiculous to be helping your ad provider company by listing so many of their (random) advertisements and having nobody click on them, thus translating to zero earnings? Especially true for personal blogs like us that don’t get a thousand hits per day, if 1% of our readers actually click on the ads, it still equates to almost zero clicks per day.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that I earned a few cents on the first day of putting up Advertlets ads. Few cents may not be a lot but at least I am getting something. They also have special campaigns for bloggers every now and then, such as this one that I’m participating right now: place an Advertlets ad, write a review on Advertlets, and you get $15 immediately!
Just to add another 2cents (pun intended) to this, I’m glad I ditched their competitor because the staff at Advertlets actually do reply to your e-mail should you have any queries; you know they did read your mail and put some thought into replying by reading their replies which makes me feel well taken care of.
