Shopping in Japan
Shopping, Travel January 31st, 2008
It’s the winter sale and apart from snagging a 900yen cotton cashmere top and a pair of 900yen ballet flats from Gap, here are my most expensive buys:
Tinkerbell earrings from Disney Sea. I like them so much that when I saw them that I forgot about my allergy! Luckily, they’re rhodium with surgical steel posts.

Close-up. Can you see the Mickey symbol?
A Hello Kitty clock strap! I don’t usually tell time with an analog clock but this one’s too cute! The photo doesn’t do justice but the strap is actually pearl and the finishings are gold! Got it at Universal Studios Japan.

And finally, my most expensive buy is this Beams dress watch. It comes with 3 different interchangeable faces (silver, gold and rhinestone) and 4 different straps! A classy silver chain strap, a silver bangle strap, and a patent leather strap in black or white! Here’s a link to the watch on the official Beam’s website.

All photos taken with my trusty Sony T3’s macro mode.
I took some photos of Beams Ikebukuro with my Supersampler but I haven’t developed the roll, fingers crossed that they’re not over/underexposed!
