Bangkok goodies
Emily’s returning to Australia for her studies tomorrow morning. She managed to squeeze some time with me and also passed me these goodies from her Bangkok holiday!

Poupeegirl FAQ II
You have the option to recycle or sell your item on the Flea Mart by clicking on the orange button when you’re in the Dress Up section. When you recycle, you will get a Shell to replace your item. Great for those items that aren’t moving or selling for less than 9 shells.

Selling Tip
You should sell at 9 shells instead of 10 shells because there will not be a 10% commission (1 shell) charged as they round down the commission. Similarly, you should sell at 19 shells instead of 20 shells because the commission will be 1 shell instead of 2!
Shell Spring Note
I tried tossing in 5 of the same checkered shells but that does not give you a “nicer” or more “unique” item, so don’t bother. You should sell the checkered shells for more as those who do not know seem to think they will get a better item with the checkered shells and are willing to pay more for them.
I also noticed that you will not get any ribbons after posting the 7th consecutive item in a day. I may not be 100% correct, perhaps it’s for the hour or a certain time frame. If you have anything to add, kindly leave a comment!

Husband and I took a walk around our future home on a bright, sunny Sunday afternoon. Nobody was around because it was a Sunday. The place still looks very bare except for some completed drain linings which husband says may not even be the actual drains for our estate. We’ve decided to visit this plot of land once every two months until completion in 2011/2012. More photos under the cut.
